Who's the coolest culinary celebrity?
Hmm...this is hard one. I love Rahcel Ray. I love Emeril. I also love that guy on the Travel Channel. But...I can tell who the hottest Chef. This was at the Italian Festival in Seattle last year. Chef Rocco...And my ass was too shy to ask to have a picture taken with him.

First off, it's one of the first cooking shows I started to watch when I entered culinary school. He made cooking look fun, easy and enjoyable. I know the BAM! can be played out, but I love it when he says, the meat doesn't come seasoned.
And his recipes, always turn out! I also love the fact he has a jazz band and he touches on food from everywhere. I would love to meet him one day.
